***Due to the supply and demand of products (Eggs, Milk, Butter, Etc), prices can fluctuate without notice prior to placing your order through out the year.***

REFUNDS:
All Sales are Final due to the nature of our products.
Once all payments have been made there are no refunds.

Deposit/Retainer: Order totals that exceed $80, we require a 50% initial non-refundable retainer to secure the order for date mentioned by client. Retainer is due within 24 hours of invoice emailed. After the allotted time, the invoice will be canceled.

*******FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is due 3 days prior order due date. Pick up times are 11a-1pm. If final payment is not received by 4PM, your order will NOT be completed.********

Changes: Changes are not allowed once deposit or full payment is paid and

order is booked.

Allergy & Dietary Warnings:

  1. Allergy Disclaimer
    Please be advised that our products may contain or have come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, soy, milk, eggs, wheat or gluten.

  2. Natural dyes, artificial dyes, artificial flavorings, sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial color and other allergens not listed.

  3. The Client is responsible for notifying Cynful Sweetz of any allergies. Client is responsible for notifying guests potential allergy hazards if any.

Non-edibles: Our cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake. We’ll let you know which pieces cannot be eaten. It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving.

Cake design: We cannot and will not duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work but will ensure the look is close/similar.

Delivery & pick-up: Once an order is no longer in our care (delivered or picked up) we take no responsibility for any damage caused.

If Delivery is requested, Delivery fee will be calculated by destination address, and mileage.

Pickup hours are from 11AM-1PM. Mon-Sat.

Media: We reserve the right to use all photographs of the cake for advertising purposes.
